Members go directly to their account to send us their visit requests, which makes our job much easier. We hardly ever make mistakes on employer requests anymore! We are always available to answer their questions, but they are becoming less and less frequent, which is a good sign.
For their part, employees benefit from greater transparency and responsiveness in their care. When they arrive at the centre, their contact details are checked using the dedicated tab on Padoa, with the option of adding information directly to their file in just a few clicks. After their visit, they can access their test results and recommendations directly online, which improves their experience.
