Step 1

HR Communication

An initial video call with our HR team to get to know each other, understand your motivations and see if there is a good fit.

Step 2

Technical Interview

Show us what you are capable of with 1 to 2 interviews or practical cases, related to your future assignments.

Step 3

Manager Interview

You meet with your team manager to discuss your experience, your expectations, the job responsibilities and challenges.

Step 4

Interview with a Member of the Executive Committee

You could talk to one of the members of the executive committee, most of whom are founders.
