Data Serving Your Health
The content of your personal data serves the Occupational Health and Safety Departments in carrying out their mission: ensure the health and safety of all employees throughout their professional careers.
Your data: allowing you to take charge of your health
Family history, clinical test results, occupational risk exposure: all this information helps the occupational physician and their team to take care of you. This data set has been defined by the French National Authority for Health for the creation of your medical file by your occupational physician.
This data is only accessible to those who need it for your monitoring, within the Prevention and Occupational Health Services, and in compliance with medical confidentiality. For example, your individual health data is intended exclusively for the medical team caring for you.
No one else can access it. Not your employer, not your manager, not your HR manager.
Your Personal Data:

They are intended for your Occupational Health and Safety Department for identification purposes, contacting employees and medical monitoring.
We do not disclose them to third parties, nor do we sell them.
Grouped Data:
for the benefit of public health
Some data may be collected by your Occupational Health and Safety Department for use in aggregate form.
These analyses help your department make factual health assessments about a group of individuals (geographic area, socio-professional category, age group, etc.). This allows you to better target and anticipate risk prevention plans within the company.
They also enable public health monitoring. This is one of the regulatory tasks of the Occupational Health and Prevention Departments provided for by the Labour Code. It is for the common good.
Access your data
whenever you want
Padoa guarantees you 24/7 access to some of your data, directly from your employee account. If you wish to access your entire occupational health record, you can request this directly from your occupational physician, who will forward it to you.
Padoa is simply a subcontractor. We are not authorised to disclose your medical records to you directly.
If you contact us directly: we will forward your request to the relevant department within a maximum of 7 days.
