Equal Pay Index

The gender equality index established by the Ministry of Labour is one of the several measures provided for by the law of 5 September 2018 on the freedom to choose one's professional future. This index aims to eliminate gender pay inequality in France.

Padoa achieved a score of 89/100 points in 2025:

  • Indicator relating to the pay gap: 31/40

  • Indicator relating to the gap in individual pay increases: 20/20

  • Indicator relating to the gap in promotion rates: not calculable - Number of employees in the selected occupational categories less than 40% of the workforce

  • Indicator relating to the percentage of female employees who received a pay increase in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15

  • Indicator relating to the number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid employees: 10/10
