In a Safe Place
No data is stored on workstations, tablets or connected devices, either at Padoa or in the Occupational Health and Safety Department.
We host your data with a certified healthcare data host (HDS). At multiple sites. And only on French territory.
This data host has the most advanced security measures, whether in terms of physical security (identity checks, 24/7 protection), data integrity (instant replication and backups on several sites in France) or network security (firewall, network isolation).
During Use
Your health data is encrypted: it is always transmitted in the form of a series of unreadable numbers using the HTTPS protocol and never in plain text. This prevents any form of network interception.
Users must log in using a two-factor authentication system. For example, they must enter their password and then a code sent to them by text message.
In the Design
We have built a dedicated team of around twenty security experts and have been investing heavily in our infrastructure since our launch in 2016.
