Can you introduce yourself as well as Alan?

I am part of Alan's Human Resources team and am responsible for personnel administration and payroll.

Alan is the employees‘ health partner. We offer supplementary health insurance for companies, as well as additional cover and pension plans. We also support companies in managing their employees’ mental health.

We are affiliated with the CIAMT Occupational Health and Safety Department and have been using Padoa since January 2022.

How did Alan get started with the Padoa software?

Getting started with the software was very easy because it's intuitive. It is easy to navigate and find your way around the different tables. We always find the information we are looking for, and the various options available are very clear.

Previously, we did not work with an occupational health service that offered this type of platform. We used to do everything manually, often on paper.

This is my first time using such a tool, and I am impressed by how easy Padoa is to use.

What has the Padoa software changed in your daily life?

Padoa allows us to centralise information and eliminate paper-based work. For example, scheduling appointments for employees is much simpler and automated. Another practical example is employee registration. A visit is automatically triggered and we are notified directly by email. We no longer need to go through CIAMT, which saves us time.

How do you use the Padoa member area?

We carry out various tasks in the member area, such as checking visit reports, adding and closing employee accounts, requesting return visits, updating special circumstances, cancelling visits, reporting headcounts, etc.

The online registration process is very simple, as is the billing process, with invoices arriving automatically. We also appreciate how quickly an employee's personal space is created, and especially the fact that there is no need to go back and change anything afterwards.

Thanks to the software's artificial intelligence suggestions, it is very easy to enter an employee's email address. The same applies to job titles and work situations, which are automatically suggested based on information previously entered for other employees with similar profiles.

Have you saved time since you started using Padoa?

Absolutely! Without Padoa, we would need someone dedicated to managing everything related to occupational health. Padoa allows us to distribute tasks without interfering with the time dedicated to our other projects.

At Alan, we love tools that enable us to automate our processes, and Padoa is a real bonus in that regard. It's a promising tool, and I'm very happy to be using it.

Has Padoa simplified your interactions with CIAMT?

Nowadays, there is less need to communicate with our Occupational Health and Safety Department by email. Everything is done directly through the software. This allows us to keep a record of all communications between us and the department, which is very useful given how many people work at Alan.

What feedback have you had from your employees about their workspace?

We haven't had any negative feedback from employees. They're happy to have a dedicated space where they can keep track of their appointments and find their documents. Plus, video consultations are working very well.
