Staff Reporting: feedback from members

With Padoa, the annual workforce reporting process is simplified and streamlined, even though it can seem like a complex and time-consuming administrative maze.

Claire Fleury, Human Resources Manager at the Tagerim Group, and Anne Jelmoni, HR Health and Safety Officer, guide us through their experiences of reporting with APST37, Prévaly, STSA, CIAMT and PST, all Padoa customers, and share their feedback:

Simple administrative procedures and appreciated automatic reminders

  • The period for reporting staff numbers is a crucial time for companies. Administrative procedures are therefore simplified as much as possible to enable them to focus on what matters most: the health of their employees.

    To this end, automatic reminders are sent by the SPSTs to member companies to keep them informed of the status of their reporting and the deadlines for completion.

  • Throughout this period, reminders are sent until the report is completed. At this point, reminders cease. The purpose of these reminders is to streamline the process and enable members to submit their reports before the staff freeze.

We regularly receive reminders, which are always welcome. With several companies to report on, we are likely to forget or fall behind. The reminders have helped us to stay organised and submit our reports on time.

Time saving and efficiency

The Padoa journey offers a rich and comprehensive experience in employee reporting. A help centre is available to members directly on their account to assist them with the process. Additional explanations are provided so that they can complete their reporting independently.

 The questions they are asked help establish a working basis that is essential for the following years' reports. For example, one of the features most appreciated by Claire Fleury and Anne Jemoni is the ability to quickly associate risks with each employee! Indeed, it is possible to enter a specific risk for a company role and then associate that same risk with other employees in similar roles.

The questions are very specific: many risks can be identified, which enables us to provide effective support to our employees and, by extension, to healthcare professionals, enabling them to provide follow-up care that meets the needs of employees. If everything is entered correctly into Padoa during the first year, the time spent at that stage will undoubtedly save time over the years to come!
