Padoa, a choice of end users
When we created Agestra, a merger of two services, we initiated a software upgrade process. We wanted to modernise our business tool and obtain software that could adapt to new challenges of occupational health and certification. We chose Padoa, which met the teams' expectations, following a consensus reached by the User Selection Committee formed for this purpose.
Results that meet expectations
We can say that the results are there: both in terms of medical activity and prevention, particularly with better monitoring of AMTs and high member satisfaction.
The results are in line with our expectations, we have more reliable information that is representative of our activities.
In terms of certification, Padoa provides indicators that help us monitor our activity more accurately, something we didn't have before. For example, we can track the number of Company Profiles carried out or the delay in visits.
Furthermore, what sets Padoa apart is the continuous improvement of the software to reflect the realities of the industry, particularly regulations.
A deployment project and training courses appreciated
Everything went smoothly, from setting up the workshops to providing support on our premises during deployment, including training, which was very well tailored in terms of format and materials. The project ran smoothly and was very well managed.
There is support from A to Z, which continues to this day; it's the first time I've seen such support. The presence of the Padoa teams on site was 110% appreciated.
A recovery of all data
Regarding data recovery, Padoa was able to recover the data present from our old software, although little had been entered. There is much more information in Padoa. We try to be educational, explaining to users the importance of updating and completing files to obtain structured data. We have established new processes, and completion is ongoing.
Harmonisation of practices with the arrival of Padoa
Padoa helps streamline our practices. The software requires a certain structuring of visits, so we have established new processes common to all healthcare professionals.
As for medical secretaries, they are more proactive and independent when dealing with members. In terms of prevention, the tool is highly collaborative. Doctors can view AMTs, which was not the case before.
We are gradually getting our bearings and are confident that we will be up to speed with our new software in the coming months.
With Padoa, medical secretaries become a privileged contact for members and provide genuine support throughout the process.
Unanimous satisfaction among teams and members
For employees, accessing employee and member files is easier because the tool is user-friendly. This makes medical monitoring easier, as well as data requests. On a daily basis, they gain in comfort and time. Members, for their part, find the tool user-friendly and satisfactory. They are highly involved in monitoring their health at work through their member area and can track their activity and that of the service, which strengthens the desired collaborative spirit.
We can confirm that the software has been unanimously welcomed, with overall satisfaction expressed by all users, including administrators from employer organisations.
