Information notice concerning the collection of browsing data on eva (chemical risk assessment tool)

1. Purpose
You use the PADOA platform (the ‘Platform’) in the context of the occupational health tasks entrusted to you.
 
The purpose of this document is to inform you about the nature of the data collected when you browse the eva tool (chemical risk assessment tool) for the purpose of continuously improving the user experience. You may give and revoke your consent to the collection of this browsing data at any time. 

2. Data controller
The data controller for your personal data relating to your browsing of the eva tool is PADOA, a specialist software package for occupational health and safety services, which is PADOA's client.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of continuously improving the user experience on the Platform. The basis for this processing is your consent.

4. Data transmission/storage
The data collected for the purpose of obtaining your consent for this processing are: 
 Surname, first name
 
 Email address used for Google Forms.
 
 Name of the SPST
 
 Position within the SPST
 
 
The data collected concerning your browsing on eva is as follows:
 Pages viewed
 
 Interactions with the tool  (clicks, scrolling, etc.)
 
 Date, time and duration of your session
 
 
This data is stored for a period of 12 months from the date of your session.
 
It is transmitted to our technical browsing analysis partner, Hotjar.
 
Your browsing data will never be transmitted to other third parties and will never be used for advertising or targeting purposes.

5. Your rights
Your personal data is processed by PADOA exclusively for the purpose of improving the user experience on the Platform.
 
You may exercise the following rights: obtain communication and, where applicable, rectification of information concerning you; request the erasure of data and the limitation of processing, within the limits provided for by applicable legislation.

7. Complaints to the CNIL
You may lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) – www.cnil.fr – 3 place de Fontenoy 75007 Paris.

8. Evidence agreement
You agree that the time stamps and traceability elements stored by the Platform are admissible in court and constitute evidence of the data, consents and facts they contain.

9. OBTAINING YOUR CONSENT
Your consent can be given by completing the Google Forms sent to you and can be revoked by sending an email to dpo@padoa-group.com.
