5. Teaching Methods and Tools
All training courses delivered by Padoa are conducted in person and in real time. We have groups of no more than 12 people to ensure optimal quality. The learning method used is blended learning (an innovative type of training that combines traditional classroom teaching with e-learning tools).
6. Assessment Methods
Padoa assesses trainees on the basis of digital quizzes at the end of each training module, which enable us to check that the trainee has acquired the necessary skills. Assessment takes place during the training course. Trainees can access their statistics in the e-learning software.
7. Terms and Conditions of Access
For the terms and conditions of access to the training, the SPST must request a quote from its dedicated project manager. Upon validation of this quote, as part of the deployment of the Padoa solution, the training sessions will be organised by the training manager. Padoa will look into adapting the training delivery methods for people with disabilities.
The waiting period for access to training ranges from one week to three months, depending on the service approved by the SPST.
-
Padoa manages the sending of training invitations to employees. The SPST is responsible for sending the list of learners with their email addresses.
-
Before the training sessions, Padoa sends a questionnaire to the participants. The aim is to gather their expectations and determine whether any adjustments to their roles are required.
-
Padoa does not have premises for training courses. Trainers travel directly to the SPST premises, which provides the appropriate equipment (overhead projector or television, Internet connection, flipchart, etc.).
8. Prices and Payment
Padoa offers training courses at a rate of €2,500 per day per group, excluding VAT. Each training session is for between 8 and 12 participants.
All prices are quoted in euros and exclude tax. They are subject to VAT at the rate applicable on the date of issue of the corresponding invoice if the status of the organisation so requires. The price may be negotiated upon signing the contract. The number of participants per session may vary depending on requirements.
